If any of our products arrive broken, they will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us immediately on receiving a damaged item.
This applies for 14 days after purchase. Please make sure you check your product on its arrival.
If damage to any of our products delivered to you, is incurred by you the purchaser, the cost of a replacement & its postage will be paid by you.
If a DVD or CD is faulty & not playing properly, then contact us immediately for either a replacement or a refund.
If within 30 days of purchasing your Water Purifier, you are not happy with it, please call us to discuss returning the Purifier & receiving a refund. If we agree that the Purifier is to be returned & your money refunded, then the cost of postage will be paid by you.
